Walker County Fire Rescue conducts fire safety inspections of existing buildings and structures, reviews plans for proposed buildings and issues certificates of occupancy.
We also have a team, which includes Sparky the Fire Dog, that visits local schools and events to review fire safety with students. Call 706-539-1255 to invite Sparky and the team out to your local school or event.
